Sponsorship Information

College Fair

Informational tables are open to all members and students from the host college throughout the
event. At the college fair, you may pass out information and assist with any questions about your
institution.
$200 for a single day
$300 for both days
Note to Sponsors - Students will be incentivized to visit each college table by having students
complete a stamped passport. Completed passports will be entered into a drawing for gift cards.

Meal Sponsorship –
Dinner on Friday, Lunch and Dinner on Saturday.
$2000 for a partial meal sponsorship –
This would entitle your institution to a table at the College Fair for the duration of the event, and
the opportunity to provide handouts on meal tables and/or in conference packets. Additionally,
your representative will be allowed to address the group for up to fifteen minutes at the start of
the meal. PowerPoint presentations are commonplace as well as encouraged.
